Category: Submerged, Intertidal, Wetland, and Upland Cost: + $100 million Description: The goal of the project was to provide central sewer service to priority areas to help reduce nitrogen loads and pollution. Outcome: It is anticipated that this project will help reduce nitrogen loads by as much as 10 percent (project #34).
