Category: Submerged, Intertidal, Wetland, and Upland Cost: Unknown Description: In response to the Salmon Recovery Act (RCW 74.46),
departments of Ecology, Fish and Wildlife and the Transportation jointly developed
guidance for applying aquatic resource mitigation which provides a net environmental
benefit over all in the watershed while complying with existing state and federal
