Description:  Collaborative process approach involving stakeholders through outreach/education efforts to meet regulatory goals (i.e., the development of pollution control strategies).

Outcome:  Pollution control strategies were recommended to Delaware DNREC (June 2000) Teams collaborating with DNREC on implementation.
