Description: Coastal Bend Bays & Estuaries currently
has a working website with links to download studies published by the CBBEP.
Website visitors can also read previous CBBEP newsletters, find out about
local events, visit the virtual library, and link to other estuary-related
websites. This project will continue to expand and improve the website and
serve as a clearinghouse for information. New information to be included:
thematic maps with highway, county, and waterbody boundaries; interactive
species checklists; updated website links; rain data; a CCMP "report
card" or environmental progress report on the estuary; a CCMP implementation
tracking system; and new ways to further the objectives of the public education
and outreach objectives.
Outcome: To be implemented in FY 2001.
