and whether there has been a decline).
Category: Submerged, Intertidal and Wetland
Cost: $25,000
Description: Aerial flights and ground-truthing
would be used in combination to map coastal bay sensitive areas
in order to "sell" needed actions for protection.
Outcome: The results of the project are best guesses
due to lack of personnel for ground truthing, but the results
were valuable nonetheless.
