Description: The study entails assessing shellfish contamination
within the Sarasota Bay Estuary.
Outcome: The results of the study have found that the bay
is clean. Hudson Bayou, a part of the Sarasota Bay Estuary watershed,
is contaminated and an assessment of the source of that contaminate
is on-going.
